Biography
Daniella Babaee is a law clerk at Pearlman & Miranda, where she supports the firm’s attorneys on a broad range of matters.
She earned her law degree from Rutgers Law School – Camden. During law school, Daniella participated in the Rutgers Law School’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she advised small businesses and nonprofits on their business law needs. Additionally, Daniella served as an associate editor for the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal.
She also served as a legal extern to the Honorable Georgette Castner of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she assisted with federal trial-level research and drafting. Prior to that, she interned with the Rutgers University Office of the General Counsel, working on matters involving real estate transactions, labor and employment law, and higher education compliance.
