Pearlman & Miranda represents the permit holder and operator of one of the largest racetracks in the northeast United States. Representation includes negotiating contracts among State entities, private partners, and sponsors, as well as handling permitting and licensing processes with various State and local agencies. 

As part of this representation, Patricia J. Ryou and Stephen B. Pearlman along with Grace Chun, have presented applications, appeared before, and drafted contracts for or reviewed by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and the New Jersey Racing Commission. 

They also have worked on several agreements interfacing with the Standardbred Breeders’ & Owners Association of New Jersey, the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association of New Jersey, the MetLife Stadium project company, the New York Giants and New York Jets Football teams, the 2014 Super Bowl Committee and Monmouth Park.
